Very thorough prep so our cats (and us!) felt as comfortable as possible, lovely updates, nice to have someone coming to the house whilst we were away and ideal to not have to change the cats routine or distress them with any great changes so we could relax on our hols.   • Returned home from holiday to two very happy kitties. Lucy had done a great job looking after them and the daily video/pic updates were so reassuring! She even got our shy girl to eat some dreamies from her hand. Lucy even offered to feed our tortoise too, water the house plants and turn some lights on and off. A really great service and I would definitely recommend! I usually worry about the cats when we're away but I was definitely more relaxed knowing Lucy was seeing them every day. Thanks! Selina
